At HELM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn, pristine condition boots. Please ensure you try your footwear on a carpeted surface to prevent any scuffing to the outsoles during the trial period.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Package Your Boots
Place the boots in their original branded box and secure them inside a durable shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the boots for wear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
