Most of our customers find that our boots run slightly large. We generally recommend sizing down one-half size from your standard sneaker or dress shoe size for the best fit.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer free shipping on all domestic exchanges and returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the boots are in unworn, sellable condition and in their original packaging.
Can HELM boots be resoled?
Yes. Most of our styles feature Blake Rapid Stitch or Goodyear Welt construction, which allows them to be resoled by a professional cobbler, extending the life of your footwear for years.
How should I care for my leather boots?
We recommend regular cleaning with a damp cloth followed by a high-quality leather conditioner every 3-6 months. Avoid direct heat sources when drying to prevent the leather from cracking.
